About Us
Narnia on Tour began in 2005 as a series of presentations in local bookstores around the country. Its purpose was to begin conversation about Lewis, and more broadly about faith and culture.
Organized and funded by The Matthew’s House Project whose mission includes fostering this type of dialogue, Narnia on Tour worked in more than 30 cities, finding local Lewis scholars to host lectures at various BORDERS Books and Music stores.
The website originally was used to support the tour. In this new creation we hope it serves as a place where the discussion continues with new and existing articles.
Since the work of The Matthew’s House Project encompasses a monthly online journal, Narnia on Tour will be part of that general effort. We encourage you to engage the site both with comments and in submissions. To submit an article on or related to Lewis (or others of similar focus) please email it to zkincaid(at)mac.com. Please note that we publish during the first week of every month.
We also want to encourage you to participate at www.cslewis.com, a site hosted by HarperCollins and in which has a predominant blog that is directed by Zach Kincaid of The Matthew’s House Project.
