These are some photos from Alberta Canada. I was fortunate enough to spend a few days in and around Calgary, Alberta in June 2006. The Trans-Canada Highway leads from Calgary into Banff National Park in the astonishing Canadian Rockies. Driving all the way through Banff leads to Jasper National Park and the ski resort of Jasper.


The panorama at the top is from Banff National Park with the Bow River, which also flows through Calgary. The Trans-Canada Highway runs through the park, just beyond the trees at the right.
