Information about our popular Calendars
Movie Maker Calendar - 2010-12 - This 3-year calendar format was created for our clients, who need a longer view to the future. Each one is "personalized" with your name; your name with company name smaller below; or company name alone. The front-side displays a 15-month view of the current year (2010) + first 3 months of the following year (2011). On the back-side, the following 2 years (2011 and 2012) are displayed (all 24 months), plus our popular "legend of holidays" for the current year (2010). Work holidays for the USA, Canada, U.K. and Mexico are color-coded in all 3 years. The Movie Maker Calendar is our standard for production and post-production scheduling. Some corporate clients use the Calendar with their name and phone/e-mail info as a gift to their favorite clients.
Producer's Calendar - 2010-11 - This 2-year calendar is also Personalized in the same way as the Movie Maker Calendar. The 2-year Producer's Calendar covers all movie union work holidays in 4 countries for the years 2010 and 2011 (each year is a full page side on the double-sided calendar).

Additional Notes/Information about current Cleve Movie Tools:
New York - September 2008 edition - current edition includes rates for 52 Mechanics (5/18/08), 161 Production (3/2/08), 600 Camera and 700 Editors (8/3/08), 764 Wardrobe (3/2/08), 798 Makeup/Hair (3/2/08), 829 Scenic Artists (9/28/08), Teamsters (11/2/08), DGA (7/1/08) and SAG (7/1/07), . Next to change will be SAG whenever we all know.
Area Standards - September 2008 edition - This Tool provides the different Area Standards rates for the IATSE and Teamsters with some SAG jurisdictional notes. It can get a little confusing regarding “Maryland” rates and “non-Maryland” rates and where each applies. Then Local 600 has separate parameters as well. As with all of the Cleve Movie Tools, the Area Standards Tool was developed out of need in Cleve’s movie work. We’re happy to make it available to you.
With the new opportunities provided by state tax incentives legislation across the USA, the need to budget correctly for crews in these states is very important. The Area Standards Tool sorts out different rates and jurisdictions for the IATSE (other than LA & NY jurisdictions). It also has the Teamsters Area Standards rates, plus a few rate examples of the separate Teamster contracts you find from cities (or regions). If you’re shooting in the USA outside of LA or NY, you’ll want this Tool.
