Whilst jewellery can be stored in any of our boxes, we find that these types of Specials are particularly sought after for this purpose.

All of our Specials are large, hinged, one-off boxes made from exceptional pieces of yew, and feature a number of trays and compartments.  We follow the contour and grain of the piece, allowing the natural beauty of the wood to dictate the form and design of the finished box. 

Because of the unique nature of the wood, we do not undertake to create Specials in  a pre-determined size, form, or design but prefer to “follow the tree”.  This means that no commissions are taken, but we offer a range which we hope covers a variety of requirements.
