Episode Thirteen--June 15, 2007--Your challenge is to get on a lake, find the pattern, and catch fish before the day is done. Sound bizarre? It's how most anglers feel when they go fishing on the weekend or a day off. It's also how tournament anglers feel only they are doing it professionally for money. Sometimes we think tournament anglers and average anglers are nothing like one another, but the similarities are striking. The good news is that all of us average anglers can learn A LOT from knowledgeable professionals like Tom Braaten.

This is the first of a series of podcasts that will run throughout the summer following Mr. Braaten on the Silverado Pro-Am Bass Tour. We'll sit along with him in the boat during pre-fishing and hear his thoughts then and compare it to his post tournament wrap-up. The key of these podcasts is to educate and inform, not simply follow a tournament.
