Mike Dale has been writing for about as long as he has been able. Not for as long as he can remember. I mean, he can remember going to his first school, and he couldn’t even colour in shapes without messing up the edges at that point in time. For a long time he was dragged away from fiction by the need to eat. Hence he wrote business documents, articles, reviews and stuff. You can see some of that here. He still writes and sells non-fiction on a regular basis, but his love is fiction of just about any type. It is the quality as much as the subject that attracts.

Admired (envied?) writers include Annie Proulx,  Martin Amis and Stephen King. I told you it was an eclectic bunch.
