THE PROPOSAL
In July 2009 the KAC was offered three floors to rent in the city of Lalitpur, just outside Kathmandu. The space and its location are absolutely ideal.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED TO RAISE £60,000 NOW:

•	£30,000 for converting equipping and fitting the space
•	£10,000 for the first year’s rent
•	£20,000 for the first year’s running costs.

We aim to be self-sufficient in 5 years’ time.
(In years 2-5 we will need roughly £10,000 a year while we build up our income.)

HOW MUCH DO WE NEED?
