DERRICK SANTINI initially prolific in reportage, became renowned for his intimate portraiture making iconic and enduring images. In 2004 Dazed Books published Persona, an inspirational collection of Derrick's portraits, launching with exhibitions in New York, London, and Paris. His work has featured in exhibitions in Tokyo, and most recently presented as a live feed, 'The Red Stream', from Beijing to New York, of the photographs he was taking on the streets of Beijing, and via the web presented the images live at the opening night of the show in New York. www.derricksantini.com
