BEN MOORE is an artist and film maker and most notably the director of Art Below Ltd. whose primary role is to enable emerging artists access to display space in the underground stations across the world where they can exhibit their work to a public audience.  Ben's art and films have been exhibited at the ICA, the Rain dance film festival, Channel 4, The Manchester Film festival, and most recently one of his most famous works 'Gay Chavara' was exhibited at the BePart Gallery in Belgium along side Jeff Geys, Denicolai and Provost, and Dan Shipsides. www.artbelow.org.uk
