Laura Carew was trained at the Ruskin School of Art and Chelsea College of Art and now lives and works in London.Her background as a painter informs her photography.She is interested in the margins where the two disciplines of painting and photography meet and uses the accumulated memory of the painterly tradition to frame contemporary life.
