Twist the material tight and hold
so partner can tape.
This leaves some slack,
so the plyotube isn’t rock hard.
THE TAPE MUST BE SUPER-TIGHT,
OR IT WILL WORK LOOSE.
Purchase bags of play sand
at a Building Supply Center.
Don’t use dusty sand.
