As of right now, we have had very few questions/issues relating to our podcasts. We will try to post common support questions and answers as they occur. For now, please use Apple’s support sites:
1. Can I watch the LIVE! webcast using Windows Media or Quick time?
No, you must use Real Player Basic. If you've tried to use another streaming client it will not work. Download and install Real Player Basic. For the podcasts use the latest versions of iTunes and Quicktime.

Operating systems that work are Mac OS-X or OS-9 and Windows 98, NT, ME, 2000, or XP or Linux

Real Player Basic. There is no cost to download and run it on any OS. If you are asked for credit
If you are asked for credit card info or any other type of payment options you could be
downloading/installing the wrong version. Both the premium and free versions will work display
so don’t let me stop you paying for the program, if you want to fork out the cash.
4. How do I install RealOne Player on my computer?
Use the suggested link on the download page and follow self guided process. We recommend that

process to avoid unnecessary pop ups and product news.
