Webb kills it..............again!
Twas the Braun spine finals this weekend down in sunny Newquay. The place was full of people who couldn’t afford to go to Tenerife to have a fight and of course would be surfers. A quick note to the wannabees...........trying to look cool with a foam longboard is like trying to look cool on a BMX with stabilizers....TWATS. Oh an whilst I’m on the subject of twats, heres another....Aviator shades do not make you cool either. Especially when your wearing them with your Adidas trakkie.......
Anyway enough of all that and back to the weekend.......The ramp was a stones throw from the stage...Feeder and Graham Coxon were rather good.......
On the ramp, Webby killed it an got first but there was no sign of 3dubblewip that poked it’s head out at NASS. Having mastered the double whip tyretap Webby was trying the triple whip tap......and coming very close.
Wallace managed to pull a double downside whip and Phil Aller fufanued the backrail again.....when I say again I don’t mean that trivially either.....it’s a loooong way back in.
Other notables were Mike Miller and his girls jeans(off Premium and now on Proper) Craig Stevens and another pair of girls jeans.Always worth mentioning are bunches of girls dressed as workmen..........workgirls?? Oh whatever.
