IOWA EAR MUSIC was released on LP in        1976.    It  was  a  heavily  edited  musical collage of mostly improvised performances recorded in and around Iowa City between 1967 and 1976.

  Although  each of  the  sides  (SIDECHOP        & SIDEFLOW) had multiple named  pieces, they weren’t clearly  delineated visually or audibly.    Each side seemed  more or less continuous.    For this CD release  the two sides  have  been   separated  into   seven tracks.  Please  listen  first   to each  side: “SIDECHOP”  1-4  and  “SIDEFLOW”   5-7.

    This  CD  release  also   includes   eight bonus   tracks   featuring   Patrick  Hazell: with Mother Blues (1969}, with Dan Goode (1977)  and  with  Will  Parsons  (1998-99).
