More Willie.

For all the goth and emo kids who can’t get into the Christmas spirit, there is a movie for you. Black Christmas. As if the corny title wasn’t enough, it isn’t even original. Following suit of all the recent remakes and redos of horror films, Black Christmas was originally released in 1974 and lucky for us, it is being re-released on December 25, 2006.

What could be better than opening gifts with family, having a nice dinner, and then going to see a cheesy slasher film with an even cheesier tagline...The Ultimate Slay Ride.....whooooaaaaa! Someone really put some time into that one. Not going to lie though, I do get a certain amount of enjoyment from really bad horror movie taglines.

According to imdb.com, the plot goes something like this:

“A group of sorority sisters find themselves being harassed by a stranger with menacing phone-calls and begin to die, one by one on Christmas Break.”

Intrigued? Neither am I. And with a cast of B-list actors, it is safe to say that you can leave this off of your Christmas list.

I had to write something about this...I mean come on, who releases a horror movie on Christmas day? And who goes to horror movies on Christmas day?

Maybe this guy should be starring in a movie instead (Thanks Luis)...

“If this movie doesn’t make your skin crawl, it’s on too tight”
