Thanks for coming, and welcome to my website. I hope this website can be a useful resource for the neighborhood. Please take a look at the issue pages to learn about, get involved with, or share your thoughts on items affecting our neighborhood and our quality of life. In the column to the right (and by clicking here) you’ll see a list of upcoming important events. You can also support our fabulous neighborhood restaurants and shops, or take a look at common questions. Keep track of city service requests in our area on this page. You can review and sign up for an e-version of my monthly newsletter for our single-member district (SMD). You can also find links to press stories that deal specifically with our SMD. I also plan to include a neighborhood swap page (“Need It/Got It”), a blog, and other more interactive pages. This website is a work-in-progress. If you have any ideas on how to improve it, or additional information that I could share with the neighborhood, please let me know. I was originally elected to serve as your ANC Commissioner in a special election held in July 2007, to fill the vacancy left by former Commissioner Doug Johnson, who unexpectedly had to move out of town after serving for several months as our Commissioner. Thank you for re-electing me in November 2008. I have been excited to serve the neighborhood over the last 18 months, and I am looking forward to continuing this work.
