The American Education Trust - Middle East Book Club & Palestinian Arts & Crafts Trust offers a wide array of books on the Middle East, as well as beautiful arts and crafts from Palestine -- including pottery, embroidery, and ceramics.  The shop also includes fair trade treats like olive oil soap from Bethlehem and olive oil from Jenin.  It’s a great shop for gifts!  Pictured above is Director Matt Horton.

Inti Peruvian Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant serving up the best cuisine Peru has to offer.  Jane Silvera Rodriguez (pictured above), started the restaurant in early 2007, and Inti opened its doors in August 2007.  Jane was already a successful business-woman in the area since 1983, when she moved to the United States from Peru, but all the members of the Silvera Family take part in the operation.  Inti also offers occasional Peruvian ethnic music in addition to great food.
