The best SAFE operations on our nation’s highways is achieved by drivers who operate their vehicles with constant attentiveness, skill, and in compliance with the Federal, State and local laws governing the highway on which they drive.

Therefore, it is the enforced policy of Desert Coastal Transport, Inc. to operate legally in every respect including paperwork records and specifically Driver’s Record of Duty Status (Driver’s Logs).

The log instructions for the drivers of Desert Coastal Transport, Inc. are the same as those found in the current  Part 395  of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Pocketbook  (Little Green Book).
