The mission of the San Juan Island Prevention Coalition is to reduce substance abuse in youth and to create community culture supporting healthy choices and responsible behaviors in youth and adults.

San Juan Island School District,
Spring Street International School,
Island Rec,
San Juan County Health and Community Services,
San Juan Island Family Resource Center,
Washington State University Extension 4-H,
St. David’s Church,
Friday Harbor Presbyterian Church,
Mullis Community Senior Center,
Valmark
San Juan County Juvenile Court and Sheriff,
and concerned adults and youth, including HOTS -
Helping Out Teen Society, a youth group formed
at Friday Harbor High School as a Students Against
Drunk Driving (SADD) interest team in 2004.
