Every Monday - Friday, over 1000 people, mostly children, come to the St. Clare’s Rectory in Port-au-Prince, Haiti for a nutritious plate of rice, beans, vegetables, and meat.  For most of them, it’s their only meal of the day.  Food is purchased from Haitian farmers, helping support the local economy.  It is then lovingly prepared by members of St. Clare’s Church who often spend 10 - 12 hours cooking, serving, and cleaning up after each meal.   The What If? Foundation is the only source of financial support for this program.
