Our immediate goal:

is to create the Espace Georges Rouquier in a new building placed at our disposal by the commune of Goutrens (Aveyron). In this new space, the Association Georges Rouquier will create both permanent and temporary exhibitions about the life, work, and thought of Georges Rouquier, auteur de films.

With the help of volunteers from Goutrens, we are also in the midst of restoring the tiny “Maison de la Tante Marie,” i.e., “Aunt Marie’s Home,” where a number of significant scenes where shot during the making of Farrebique in 1944-45.

The Association Georges Rouquier is organized and operates under French not-for-profit law.
