Application Service
Thank you for your interest in our application service. We understand how tedious the license application process can be, how valuable your time is, and how coveted quality draw tags have become; so we are offering this service to help you achieve your hunting goals.
Procedure
Based on your input, we will determine what species, within which states, and within which hunt unit you should apply. If a state offers an online application process, we will complete the application using your credit card account, and then send you a receipt and copy of your application. If you are successful in drawing a permit it will be billed to your credit card account by the individual state and mailed directly to you.
Some states do not yet offer an online process and still require an actual paper application and personal check. For these states we will complete the required forms and send you the application for your personal signature. You will then return the signed applications and required fees in the pre-addressed envelope directly to the state department. All notifications will be sent directly to you.
Fee Structure
There is a $50 charge for each state’s application, and a $10 fee for each species within that state. For example, if you only apply for elk in Arizona the fee would be $60.00 ($50 for the state and $10 for the single application), however if you choose to apply for elk, deer and sheep in Arizona the fee would be $80 ($50.00 for the state and $30 for three applications). If you would like to apply for elk only, but in four states the fee would be $240 ($200 for four states and $40 for four applications). Once I have received your application, we can discuss the specifics so that I have a clear understanding of your hunting goals. At that time I will send you an invoice for my fees. Fees are non-refundable unless your application is rejected by a state due to a mistake by Western Hunter Services.
