You might as well apply for the Moms Panel!

Disney has created an online forum of vacation advisors from real people (you don’t have to be a mom or even a woman - who knows why they call it a “moms panel”)  who applied last year around this time - and they are taking new applications for a new year on September 8, 2008!

I remember the excitement over this last year on the Disney Information Station forums and although there were many, many, many disappointed people, there were a lucky few on those boards that made it.

They say you have to be available to answer 15 questions a week - most of us who love Disney are talking about it all the time anyway. You’ll win a trip to WDW and everyone you know will be jealous of you. Isn’t life more fun when people are jealous of you? Of course it is.

I’m applying again and so should you - why not? Go to http://disneyworldforum.disney.go.com/recruiting/coming_soon.aspx  on September 8 and submit  some essays and answer some questions describing why you should be one of the 16 winners. Start thinking now of a creative way to do it, because you know everyone else will be doing little more than gushing about WDW and bragging about how they are experts in their essays. We’re going to have to come up with some  original angle.
