When I Die I Want To Be Flushed Down The Toilet At WDW Polynesian Resort
I read somewhere that Disney World recycles their water and that water that goes down the drain gets reused to water the gardens. My theory is that if my ashes are flushed, I will be “reborn” in the Fantasia topiaries - or something like that.
What do you think my chances are of my family honoring my wishes?
I read this article, “Cremation Ashes at Disneyland - A Dusty Epidemic about security cameras catching a woman giving someone a burial at sea in the middle of the “Pirates of the Caribbean Ride” at DL, and from the comments left by other readers I see that my own wish for a similar send-off might be seen as inconsiderate. Or crazy.
Lauren says she’ll do it and Brian just laughs - I guess I’ll have no actual say when my time comes. But if they don’t do it they’d better not ride “The Haunted Mansion” at WDW ever again - because I’ll haunt the crap out of them. By the way, I’m not kidding about any of this.
Feedback please - would you consider it? Where would your ashes be scattered, if you were to have them done so, at WDW?
