Angela Stritt is a Diplomate in Acupuncture and is a licensed Acupuncturist in the states of New York and Maryland.  She holds national certification with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Angela studied Acupuncture at the Tai Sophia Institute an affiliate of Johns Hopkins Medical School and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.  Tai Sophia was the first accredited school for Acupuncture in the United States and is seen as the leader in educating medical practitioners in the use of Acupuncture treatment.

Angela earned a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from Tai Sophia and holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Towson University.  Additionally, she is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage.

Angela is dedicated to the care and treatment of her patients through service, education, and the exploration of each patient’s unique obstacles to healthier living and a better lifestyle by compassionately confronting each challenge and assisting to fulfill an individual’s total health potential.  She is deeply committed to enriching the art of living in the course of life’s journey through learning from nature and the wisdom incorporated in one’s body

A native Floridian, Angela moved to Maryland to attend Towson University where her interest in Acupuncture was first spawned after receiving treatment for herself and personally witnessing the benefits of Acupuncture.  North Country Acupuncture, PLLC is owned and operated by Angela and is a small business located in upstate New York.
