This short verse can be recited at the beginning of each meditation session to help settle your mind.

Just sit, relaxed but alert, nowhere to go, nothing to do, just be, right here, right now.

In openness & peace, in kindness & compassion, breath in breath out.

Whatever arises, thoughts, images, sounds, simply let them be.

Nothing to achieve or strive for, no goals, no agenda, just be with the breath in the present moment.
