Jules is a police officer in Southern New Jersey who also happens to have a degree in illustration. She is a “DIE HARD” Flyers fan. We spotted Jules’ work at the Hockey’s Future Boards where she created quite a buzz with her humor and creativity. Her work has also been seen by the Flyers as fans of her work have printed out her pictures for autographs (See the picture below). We’re glad to showcase her work here!
