Wayne and Judy’s continuing adventure in their RV
2007 began with us at Lake Perris near Riverside, CA. At the beginning of April we started our northward travels. We spent a couple weeks in Coarsegold, 40 miles northeast of Fresno, in the Sierra Foothills.
Took a train trip to Denver to see Judy’s family, then flew on to Alexandria, VA to see my son Duane and do our best to spoil the grandkids.
Spent most of the summer in Central California, had a great time at Jamestown, in the heart of the Gold Country. Visited several interesting old towns, mines and historic sites. Finished off the summer at Humboldt Redwoods State Park where we work in the Visitor Center.
Stayed in the San Diego area for the rest of the year and will be heading to Coarsegold again come March. Probably make a trip to Denver and back to the DC area again.
