Citywood South: Summer This is very loosely based on the view from Mock’s Crest in North Portland. Summer is indicated by the figure’s clothing as well as the lush vegetation and hazy, dusty sky reflecting the light of the city. This is sort of a dreamland mosaic of my memories of distant views of Portland, Seattle and San Francisco. The city in the foreground is made from playing cards and other various objects I glued on.
