Live Earth?  > > > >  LIVE BLUE! (and unplugged)

Al has a big, big show this weekend.  A global network of rock and roll concerts sure to put the cool back into Global Warming and the sexy back into Climate Change.

The Al Gore--Live Earth shows are getting attention and making some noise.

There are the critics: “Oh, Al! stop being so Hollywood.” or “You know, all those amps use a LOT of energy.” or “Al’s just running for president...of the WORLD!”  or my mom: “Garth Brooks is playing at that Live Planet Earth thing? I love her music.”

As for me, since I don’t have TV, I’m just going to unplug, get out my guitar, and sing some songs about the ocean.  And d/l the “Greatest hits from Live Earth” from iTunes when I get ‘round to it.

LIVE BLUE, y’all.

And keep it cool.  ;  )

(btw, the Live Earth concert that I’m most interested in is the one by Nunatak at Rothera Research Station, Antarctica, where a small band of scientists will rock the eternal sub-sub-zero darkness)
