Worship - Andy Unger and Victoria Peters

Our desire is to help others grow closer to the Lord by giving them the opportunity experience God through times of worship and praise God for who we know Him to be.  As a worship team we desire for the Spirit to guide us and use us during our times of worship.

Discipleship - Nina Cordaro and Byron Howard

We have weekly meetings with gender-based groups doing a study on Simply Christian this semester.  It is also a time of accountability and relationship building.

Freshman 15 - Phil Beck and Allie Mugavin

Freshmen ministry aims to help freshmen adjust to college life as well as grow in their relationship with God.  We try to have fun and learn about Christ at the same time.  It is a great place to meet new friends who will last throughout your college career.

Prayer - Michelle Hawkins and Jessica McCrillis

Prayer is an important aspect of the Wesley Foundation.  The prayer team has a weekly prayer meeting and schedules regular prayer events.  They also provide different prayer opportunities and teach about different ways to pray.  If you have prayer requests, they are always willing and available to pray for you.

Communication - Lauren Sharron

Communication promotes events and keeps in touch with people.  It is also an outreach to people who might have otherwise stopped.

Community Outreach - Joe Walden

Community outreach exists to connect students in the Wesley Foundation with the needs of the Valdosta community.  We will be helping out with local churches and organizations to be servants of God to those outside of our campus.

Intramurals - Emily Powell

Wesley Intramurals are a way for students to fellowship and have fun together by being competitive and playing sports with other organizations and VSU students.  It is also a good way to make the Wesley Foundation visible on campus.

Socials - Christine Ritter

Activities to keep people involved in community with each other.  We have a lot of activities planned this semester so keep checking in to see how you can participate!

The Leadership Team is a group of dedicated students who run specific areas of our ministry.  As a student-led ministry, they are an important part of what we do.
