Calling for a sub is your responsibility if you will be absent.  Your team leader and Mrs. Vona need to know there  has been a change so there is a smooth transition for the service.

Arrive 15 minutes before the service and please be vested no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the service.  

Please remember on the days you are at church and it isn’t your turn, check in the Vesting Room and see if help is needed.  THE FACT THAT SO MANY OF YOU DO VOLUNTEER AT THE LAST MINUTE REALLY HELPS OUR GROUP WORK WELL.  I’M VERY PROUD OF YOU.
