When I was a teenager I used to climb a tree in Villa Doria-Panphili, the park by my parents’ condo in Rome, Italy.
That tree was my sanctuary, where I used to read my favorite books, by Richard Bach. Back then I didn’t know San Francisco was going to be my home across the ocean. Back then I didn’t quite grasp that “we’re the bridge across forever, arching above the sea, adventuring for our pleasure, living mysteries for the fun of it, choosing disasters triumphs challenges impossible odds, testing ourselves over and again, learning love and love and LOVE!”
