Through it’s work, BE aims to improve lives, creating an environment for inclusive communities. Committed for the long term, BE produces art works and art products that strive for authenticity and excellence in various art forms and disciplines. BE also advocates for change, using and developing the skills and leadership of BE Participants and alumni to drive the work.

Welcome to the Newsletter Blog for Beyond Empathy (BE). There has been a great deal happening since the last BE Aware Newsletter Blog in July 2008. The BE team has  achieved a great deal this past few months. It happens with loads of hard work and unstoppable dedication and commitment from us all. A reminder  to of BE’s success in being chosen to present as part of the art at the heart Regional Arts Australia national conference which is taking place in Alice Springs in October 2008. art at the heart will provide an opportunity for artists, actors, academics, arts workers, curators, filmmakers, musicians, performers, producers, students, volunteers, writers, all levels of government and the wider community to gather in Alice Springs to discuss, celebrate and experience the arts and cultural achievements of regional Australia.
