Recently, my amazing friend, colleague, and client, Gayle Gruenberg, Owner & Founder of Let's Get Organized LLC (www.lgorganized.com/) came to the office of Vibrant Visions International and gave me the gift of an electrifying, quantifying, energizing, and dramatic office transformation! Gayle was hands-on, came prepared with her arsenal of cleaning aids and bags, including a healthy lunch for me! Her bubbly, euphoric presence with loads of laughter and upbeat questions made the two-hour appointment whip by as she eradicated dust, debris, and indecisiveness.

First Gayle helped me take everything off of and surrounding my desk. We brought everything to an adjoining room and PUT IT ON THE FLOOR, so that I wouldn't be tempted to "box things up" and deal with them later... a later that never comes. Gayle then proceeded to clean in every reachable place. I even decided to get rid of the ancient floor treatments because I never liked the colors anyway! Yippee!! I felt such a huge sense of relief when I took these down and Gayle brought them outside!

Although Gayle did not actually throw anything away herself, I felt hugely supported by her holding one pile of paperwork at a time and asking me to make a decision about each item, while standing up! We readily used a "God/Goddess" box for all those precious photos and idea-generating items that I couldn't part with at this time. Many other papers went to recycling, to be shredded, or into new folders in logical drawers. Whew! Another bonus, I can focus on what’s in front of me or look outside and clearly see the birds and animal visitors from my brightened office!

What a great job and a really good start to help me stay clear and organized in other areas of my office and home. This experience has shown me that I don't need "more space" -- I simply need LESS stuff! I heartily recommend Gayle to anyone even remotely thinking about how to get more breathing space in their office or home.
