Our club is a membership organization which provides opportunities to observe, study and play chess. Our purpose is to bring together players in the greater Columbus and surrounding areas who would like to share their interest with each other. We provide an organized chess tournament venue for competitive-minded Club members.

Here you will find chess players of all
abilities and interests, from novice to
advanced and from middle school aged
students to adults. We can offer you an
evening of casual play or provide you
with serious tournament play.
In addition to our regularly scheduled Thursday night events we gather to play quick-rated tournaments. Once-a-month Sunday tournaments are scheduled during the fall, winter and spring. Check the times on our Tournaments page.
