This picture is taken a split second before the balloon hat popped!  Everyone cheered when it popped and pretended it was meant to happen.  It would have been a problem but the owner Steve had already put ice cream with a candle in front of the birthday girl and she seemed to forget about the loud noise quickly.  Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs is a cute little hot dog stand on Colfax.  The outside patio makes the place.  You can have a birthday party at Steve’s or bring your child on their birthday and they will get a dog balloon hat along with a Hostess Cupcake and ice cream.
