I stopped by Mulberries Cake Shop on South Pearl Street while a cake decorating party was going on.  They have a cute side room with a neon sign that reads “Party” in the window.  The guests all sit at a large party table and each get their own cake to decorate.  The parties cost $12.50 a person and includes a cake, everything to decorate the cake, a balloon, and a cookie.    Best part... you get the cute-factor you get at home without the stress and clean up you get at home.
