Entrepreneurial development with a non-traditional twist:

  1. 1.Developing young entrepreneurs - We partner with schools, ngo’s, businesses, and individuals around the globe to teach young people business fundamentals, management tools, leadership competencies, and life skills. Whether our graduates become business entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, environmental entrepreneurs, or a combination of the three, they leave our programs better prepared to succeed in life.

  2. 2.Global Cohesion & Conflict Prevention/Resolution - Joining together young people from around the world to work for the common good, our programs develop cooperative, compassionate, and productive relationships across borders, cultures, races, religions and economic strata (while having a lot of fun and building life-long friendships).

  3. 3.Aligned with the UN Millennium Development Goals - We work to eradicate extreme poverty and create a sustainable planet, providing micro-investments where needed.

  4. 4.Experiential learning based (learning by doing) - Our entrepreneurs apply their new skills to create sustainable, profitable, and ethical businesses. We are also believers in anchoring our learnings through outdoor experiential models (so much fun).

  5. 5.We are a global consortium - With hundreds of students, executives, professors, NGO officials, teachers, scientists, consultants, doctors, attorneys, engineers, and more.
