RSS address issues
To avoid problems with RSS subscriptions when publishing to a folder, make sure you enter the correct address for your domain in the dialog box that appears when you come to publish. This must be the root address, e.g., http://www.yourdomainname.com/
Blog entry order

Blog image missing
If you delete the placeholder image in the blog entry page, and place your own image there, you will find that the corresponding image does not appear on the main blog page. To avoid this issue, drag your image directly into the placeholder. This applies also to podcasts.
