iWeb Tips and Tricks iWeb Resources
IMPORTANT: If you have not read my Basic HTML Editing Instructions, do that first!

WillG4PB has directions for inserting a form, however the way he does it, the visitor has to use their email program to send the message. This method does not require that. It’s all a matter of preference.

First, set up a free account at http://www.wufoo.com.

Design a form on their site and select/copy the code they give you. This site is awesome, truly. Another excellent option is http://www.freedback.com.

In your iWeb page, type something like FORMCODE where you want the form to go.

After publishing, open the html file for your page and replace FORMCODE with the code from Freedback.

Here is an example (try it out!):

Voila, you will have a form on your page! The results of the form will get emailed to you, and your visitors will not need to use their email program to process it.

Remember, if you make a change to a page like this post-publishing, and later re-publish, you have to make the html changes again! Set up a Find/Replace command in MassReplaceIt and you can do this very quickly.
