Gerda van Leeuwen
Gerda van Leeuwen is a painter and printmaker.
She was born in The Netherland where she received her Art Education in Painting and Printmaking at The Academy Artibus in Utrecht.
Moved to New York in 1985, where she collaborated in setting up printmaking in Tribeca.
called “Hudsonpress”.In Spring 2005, the studio was moved to Roxbury, New York,
where she works and teaches printmaking .
Gerda van leeuwen ‘s work has been exhibited in The Netherlands , Japan and New York.
Gerda van leeuwen’s work is permanently on display in The Holland Tunnel Gallery in Brooklyn ,New York, Carrie Haddad Gallery in Hudson, NY and Lascano Gallery in Great Barrington.
Her work is in private collections in Holland and The United States.
