This video was shot a few years ago while attending an art opening of my Mom’s. The art show was a dark theme reflecting what some artists were feeling with the conflict in Iraq. Although it is upsetting to see, I feel it captures this sorrowful time. The beauty of art is it allows us to get in touch with feelings about war and provides a medium of that self expression. Lisa Gerrard’s song “Sacrifice” helps accentuate the mood of the show.
