ment at Auction in 1991. We were expecting our first child and wanted a house to start our family in. When we bought the house it was in terrible need of TLC and lots of money. At the time we were short on funds so we remodeled the house a little at a time over the next 13 years. By then we had four children (3 boys and 1 girl) and the house only had 3 bedrooms so you can imagine that we needed more room. After much debate we decided to keep the house as a long-term rental and build a new larger home for our maturing family.
