I always get quite reflective this time of year, looking at what the year has brought, where things have gone wrong and how next year things will be different. Resolutions are quite often made and the lost a little later in the year, its the same for us all.

But this year is different, I have achieved quite a bit in 12 months and my life is completely different to where it was in December 2007. Urban 8 is everything I thought it would be and more. I have surprised myself (and probably some others) in terms of how hard I can work, and what I am capable of.

Its all a little bit gloom and doom at the moment in terms of the financial situation for next year, which for a new company should be quite scary. But instead I feel quite relaxed about it all. A few of my contracts do come to an end in April, but I am confident that more will come my way and if not then there is a whole world of opportunities and possibilities out there.

So....here they come my resolutions for 2009

1. 1.   Have more fun
   

2. 2.   Work Hard
   

3. 3.   Travel more (Skiing in March and hopefully South America in Nov)
   

4. 4.   Say Yes more often (is like the YesMan film just out)
   

5. 5.   Let other people take the load (its time to bring others on board)
