AVScast Episode 71 Minnesota v. Colorado Mar. 11th
Today we took on the Minnesota Wild, who are 10 points ahead of us. They were only 6 points ahead of us on Thursday, which was our last game, but they won against Boston and Buffalo. The Avs came into this game on a 5 game winning streak, 4 of which have been on the road. The Avs needed to win this game, they got it to overtime, and then lost it with just over 19 seconds left, for the 3-2 loss. This is the 3rd (of 3) game that has gone to overtime when playing in Minnesota. The Avs are now 8 points behind Calgary, who is in 8th place, and we will play them 3 times, so with wins in all of those games we will almost for sure be in the playoffs. Please Digg this podcast.
