Nitin Pai is the Worldwide Head of Marketing for Product Design Services at Tata Elxsi.

 

Nitin joined Tata Elxsi in 1996 as Product Manager, handling business development, implementation and support for Design and Visualization Solutions in the Systems Integration division. In 1999, he moved to initiate Tata Elxsi’s service offerings for Industrial design, styling and mechanical design. In the period between 1999 and 2005, this group grew into India’s largest industrial and product design team. Nitin moved to head the worldwide marketing function in 2005, and presently also oversees the corporate communications and media relation functions for the company.

 

Nitin’s career at Tata Elxsi has spanned over eleven years. During this period he has had the unique distinction of moving across the technology and design services, and solutions business spaces of the organization with ease, gathering a deep insight into both segments.

 

Nitin has over fifteen years of industry experience in operations, delivery and marketing for design services addressing automotive, consumer electronics and consumer products.

 

Nitin Pai holds a B.E (Honors) degree in mechanical engineering from BITS, Pilani and a degree in Executive General Management from IIM, Bangalore.
