Dinesh Korjan
Parner, Studio Korjan

Dinesh says that Design is finally about re-arranging information flows. He understands that while attempting change is full of risks, not attempting change could be riskier. He has, for the last two decades, been pursuading indian industry to invest in design for long term returns rather than write off design spending as an expense.

Trained as a product designer from NID, he worked in the luggage industry for several years prior to establishing Studio Korjan with his wife and product designer, Rashmi. The studio is focussed on industrial design covering a wide range of projects from water purifiers to paper furniture to web offset printing machines. Dinesh enjoys complementing his practice with being actively engaged in academics and teaches at many leading design schools including NID. Ahmedabad, IICD. Jaipur, SID, CEPT, Ahmedabad. He has also been conducting design workshops in India and abroad.
