As radical innovations in technologies continue to create more opportunities for improving the lives of people, as demographic composition of markets changes dues to migration, and as more companies compete for the attention of consumers, innovation will become key for business success. An organization that is not prepared for innovation is less likely to survive and retain the loyalty of its customers in the long run.
