Connecting with consumers
Do designers have the skills that will enable them to effectively represent the needs and aspirations of everyday people within the client organization and to link their ideas to the  context of use? Do they know  how to help their clients innovate for the consumers they themselves know very little about? Designers will be increasingly be called upon to design for  people, communities and countries they are not familiar with. This session will explore the skills required to understand the scale and diversity of the markets designers needs to serve.
